154MW Gunnedah Solar Farm

Gunnedah Solar Farm, located near Gunnedah —west of Tamworth in regional New South Wales. The 153MW Project will accommodate a large scale solar PV system utilising single-axis tracking, ground mounted panels which will generate energy throughout the day, when it is needed most. Single-axis tracking has been selected for this project to harness the highest amount of solar irradiance as the panels will track the sun’s movement east to west each day.

154MW the Gunnedah solar farm covers 304 hectares and utilises 460,000 bifacial Canadian Solar photovoltaic panels on a single axis tracking system.

System peak dc capacity: l53MWdc

Annual energyyield: 3O9GWh (enough to meet the energy needs of over 48,000 homes)

Type: Single Axis Tracker Solar Array

39.4MW Junee Solar Farm

The Junee 39.4 Solar Farm site is located on the outskirts of Junee NSW. Construction covered 80 Hectares of land where over 11,700 piles, 96,000 solar panels, 1161 trackers, and low impact solar photovoltaic technology.

100MW Winton Solar Farm

Winton Solar Farm is a 100 MW dc PV project located near Winton, approximately 13 kilometres north-east of Benalla, Victoria.
The project site is located adjacent to the Glenrowan Substation, perfectly located for exporting the solar farm’s electricity into the existing national electricity grid.

The solar plant will provide enough energy to power approximately 50,000 average homes with clean, renewable energy.
